Jennifer Bush Jennifer Bush
Founder, Lead Consultant

Our founder and leader is a dynamic business strategist and accomplished organizational consultant.  In other words, she helps clients wrestle with their thorniest and most complex problems and find creative, workable solutions.  She is insightful, authentic and solution-driven, an outstanding facilitator and advisor with a keen ability to ask the right questions at the right time. She has earned the trust of many top-level executives who rely on her to lead their organizations through challenging times and to help them realize significant and positive change.

Before launching her consulting company in 2000, Jennifer gained valuable corporate expertise in the beverage and health care industries with The Coca-Cola Company and Glasrock Home Health Care.

Jennifer is active in her community and understands the nonprofit world from the inside. She was an early board member and President of Hands On Network and is in her sixth year as a board member at Cliff Valley School, a private, secular school.

A graduate of Emory University, Jennifer earned her Master of Science in Human Resource Development from Georgia State University. She and her daughter, Kathryn, live in Atlanta with a white dog named Chocolate.

Lori Addicks
Facilitator
Lori understands people and what makes them tick – or not.  She is an enormously talented and creative facilitator with 20+ years of human resources experience.   She’s worked in retail, manufacturing, home healthcare, consumer products, and real estate.  She specializes in getting the right people in the right job at the right time.  She helps organizations figure out how to inspire people to get the desired results, especially in challenging multi-generational and multi-cultural workplaces.

Before joining Level Smart, Lori was Vice President, Learning and Development for Post Properties.  Lori also spent 13 years as a Senior Consultant and Manager, Learning Operations, for The Coca-Cola Company.

Lori is an Executive Board Member for GAIEF (Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation), and has served as a keynote speaker for the National Multi-Housing Council, National Apartment Association, the Greater Atlanta Chapter of ASTD, and the Technology Association of GA. She has guest lectured at the University of Georgia, Georgia Tech and Emory University, among others.

In her (spare?) time, Lori and her photographer husband ski, bike, and run marathons.

Bonnie BaileyBonnie Bailey
Writer/Communications Specialist
Bonnie is a picture-straightener, literally and figuratively -- a perfectionist with a keen eye, committed to getting things right. She’s spent a lifetime studying what it takes to be an effective communicator. That knowledge, combined with her talent for cutting through the clutter, is why so many clients want her involved in their information-gathering, analysis, and planning efforts.

She has developed and delivered training programs for Lee Hecht Harrison, a global career services company; facilitated numerous leadership, team-building and decision-making programs throughout the U.S.; and assisted corporate and institutional clients in creating and writing policies and procedures to meet growth objectives.

Bonnie earned a master’s degree in language from Auburn University and taught at the University of North Carolina-Wilmington before co-owning and managing one of the earliest Century 21 real estate franchises in South Carolina.  Later, as Vice President of Public Relations and Communications, she was a founding member of the management team that launched a national property management franchise corporation.

Bonnie has a unique approach to drought conditions in Atlanta. She’s “planting” her garden with recycled bottles instead of flowers.
